Culinary Education

I am currently attending the Lorain county JVS for Culinary Arts. And I have the pleasure of working with two amazing chefs every day.  Chef Kristian Smith and Chef Tim Michitisch. I had Chef Smith my junior year and I currently have Chef Michistisch for my senior year. I have learned so much from them. I believe culianry educationis important for the food industry. And getting it in high school is amazing. Ive had two jobs in real life kitchens. One with Iron chef Michael Symon and now with Flavor The Town Catering. Ive had so much experiance and Im only 17. I hope to have a succesful future in Culinary Arts.
